Pay only
for what
you print.
No equipment lease. No minimum monthly commitment. No toner auto-ship you didn't ask for. One line on your invoice: pages printed × cents per page.
Your actual cost over 36 months
A standard 5-year lease for a mid-volume office copier runs $180–$240/month before overages. Here's what that looks like next to transparent per-page billing at actual SMB volumes.
The numbers are the promise
Flat rate. No volume tiers, no minimum, no "standard coverage" caveat that requires you to print at exactly 5% ink coverage.
Color at a rate that reflects what it actually costs — not what a lease agreement decides to mark up when you exceed a monthly "color allowance."
Light month? Print 200 pages. Pay for 200 pages. We don't bill you for a minimum you didn't use. There is no "unused allowance" to lose at month-end.
All parts and labor have a 90-day warranty. If the same failure comes back within 90 days, we fix it at no charge. Not a "goodwill visit" — a written warranty.
How it works
Three steps. No fine print you need a lawyer to decode.
Pick your plan
Tell us your average monthly volume. We match you with the right machine — no trying to upsell you on 80ppm when you print 400 pages a month.
We set up your machine
Equipment is installed, networked, and tested. We pull the meter reading and enter it as your billing baseline. Your first invoice covers only pages printed after setup.
Pay your bill each month
At end of month we pull the meter remotely, multiply by your per-page rate, and email an invoice. One line item per machine. ACH preferred, card accepted.
Ready to stop guessing what printing costs?
Call us and tell us your monthly volume estimate. We'll calculate your exact per-page cost and send you a sample bill based on your actual usage pattern. No commitment required to get the estimate.
